How to resolve “Enabling Failure” issue?
- Make sure the Google Authenticator or Authy app is installed on your Mobile phone
- Make sure the time (clock) on your mobile phone (the one running the Google Authenticator or Authy app) and the computer (from which you are logging into TOP.ONE website) is synchronized
- Mare sure the 6-digit two-factor authentication code is correct
